Inaudible communication

"Writing is a way of talking without being interrupted." ~ Jules Renard, Journal, 1895

writing also seems to be too commonly used as a one-way communication. Thus it seems rather funny how this world has turned to simple messages opposed to the traditional phone call. E-mail, text, whatever... perhaps people are too wrapped up in their own thoughts and ideas to have a serious relational conversation every once in a while.

Call me old fashioned if you will, but I personally enjoy the relation which is upheld through a two way conversation as such of that of say the telephone (when in flesh is not possible). With that being said, I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Od yavo shalom aleinu.

Wow. Almost a year has gone by, and I'm only just this moment replying to a very good friend. Primarily due to not even knowing the comment was there. Says way too much about my lack of attention, disorganization and such other character traits, and, of all days to display my flawed style of antiblogging, Yom Dalet, 7th Iyyar, 5770, 22nd Omer day - (Chesed ShebeNetzach); great example of anti-blogging, terrible example of how we should treat our friends, near-perfect example of why Raine is right about old fashion relational skills! Would saying how sorry I am even be appropriate at this late date?
